Shannon Thomas, president
Shannon started the business in 2007 out of his basement on homemade equipment. Soon after moving Four Ambition to a 3000 square foot space and quitting his day job at an offset print shop. Shannon enjoys river surfing, spending quality time outdoors with his loyal dog, Bailey, and doing wood working projects.

Jessica baker, sales/owner
Jessica has been running the office since the beginning. She also handles sales, customer service and keeping the crew organized. Jessica enjoys spending time with her daughter, thrifting, and being outdoors.

Mitch Baker, Screen Department/owner
Mitch is in charge of the screen making process, from the dirty parts of cleaning ink from the screens to choosing the right screen mesh for the artwork. He also handles custom laser engraving for the shop. He enjoys spending time with his daughter the most.
Cameron Fink, production manager
Joining the team in 2018, Cameron goes above and beyond to get orders printed and out the door as well as top notch quality printing. He loves live music and traveling to shows, dogs, hanging with friends and family, and riding bikes.
